What We Do

Gemini Real Estate Solutions, LLC is a private investment group run by the husband and wife team of Ashley and David Wiens. We started in real estate investing to accomplish growth in our portfolio in what we believe to be one of the best investment vehicles available. However, early on we learned that we could improve lives, revitalize neighborhoods, provide real value to others and help those in need all while achieving our personal investment goals. Since that time, we have made it our mission to bring positive change to the lives of those around us by using creative solutions to create a win/win relationship for all involved.
